The more things around you that you can make supportive of your goals, the better able you are to make yourself believe that these things could actually happen.For example - what do you use as your password for your online accounts? Are these passwords helpful to your goals? We type our passwords every day, multiple times each day. It is a small thing, but it is a repetitive one.
